Full Weekend Package Pricing Explained!
A Full Weekend Rental for your Catskills Wedding is the way to go!
When you book your wedding at Living Stone, we will make sure that you are taken care of- from the site tour, through planning the details, to executing your dream vision- we will be with you every step of the way. Every time a couple books with us we feel incredibly honored to have been chosen as the place to celebrate such a monumental milestone in their love story, and we work tirelessly for them. We know that they are putting a ton of trust in us, and we value them so much! Every couple becomes a part of our Living Stone Family, and after hosting over 30 weddings here since our opening in late August of 2022, our family has grown tremendously (and will continue to grow!).
We know that wedding planning can be stressful and expensive, and we include many amenities that other venues do not. When searching for the perfect venue, you need to keep in mind not only what is included in the Site Fee, but also what is NOT included. A venue that seems to be more affordable may in fact end up costing double or triple the site fee! Here at Living Stone, you will not be hit with last minute unexpected rental charges, and you can trust us to take care of the details without nickel and diming you.
Site Fee Explained
Full Weekend Site Fee~$15,000 from 3pm on Friday-3pm Sunday
Here at Living Stone we are not a “turn and burn” operation. We like to slow things down, and only host 1 Wedding per Weekend, allowing you plenty of time to set up, break down, enjoy everything the property and area has to offer, and the ability to host multiple events such as a Rehearsal Dinner, After-Party, and Farewell Brunch. You have exclusive use of our incredible 38 acre property- a magical place with a waterfall, gentle stream, moss paths, hiking trails, and a pristine woodland forest.
Inclusions:
*Use of our Pavilion- an exquisite handcrafted 1200 square foot structure with copper gutters and flashing, a state of the art catering kitchen, a loft style lounge space with balcony (perfect for getting ready), and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a tiled shower
*A 900 square foot beautiful clear topped tent over the bluestone patio (rental of this tent is approximately $3500, but we include it in our site fee, eliminating that cost for you!)
*Onsite Apartment with bedroom with queen sized bed, living room, and full bathroom
*Camping onsite for up to 12 people, with use of bathrooms and outdoor hand washing copper sink. Luxury tent rentals available at an additional cost with mattresses, bedding, lighting, and rugs. We are surrounded by resorts, airbnbs, hotels, and plenty of housing options for you and your loved ones. In fact we have 3 resorts on our road within a 1 mile radius!
*Recreation Room with couches, ping pong table, foosball, coffee bar, and games
*Plenty of parking. We include a Golf Cart with Driver to shuttle you and your guests around the property
*Lighting: chandeliers, track lighting, illuminated bottle bricks, landscape lighting, bistro lighting in the forest, and torches. The venue at night is magical!!
*Sound-System with state of the art speaker system, bluetooth connection, and 2 wireless microphones. You can create playlist and play it right from your phone.
*12 Handcrafted black wooden Farm Tables and 125 black wooden chairs. We have priced farm table rental at $1200 for 1 day. We include ours in the site fee, eliminating that expense for you.
*2 Altar Spaces to choose from for your ceremony: 1 in the forest, 1 on the bluestone patio near the waterfall
*Custom Canvas Curtains and 4 Propane Heaters to keep things nice and cozy
*3 fire-pits with firewood and maintenance for the duration of your reception. Once it starts to get dark, we light the fires for you and keep them going.
*Site Manager and 2 additional Living Stone staff on hand to direct guests, manage fire-pits, and lend a hand wherever they are needed. We are very much a “hands-on” venue, and our number one priority is making sure that your wedding goes off without a hitch.
Our Staff is absolutely incredible, made up of family members, dear friends, and beloved neighbors. They love the venue as much as we do, and this translates into the exceptional service provided. You will feel like you are visiting old friends, and you and your guests will be lovingly cared for.
Catering
Catering for your Wedding Reception is one of the most important choices you will make, and planning and coordinating it can be very stressful. We eliminate the hassle for you by providing onsite catering, cutting down on vendors, rentals, and cost. All food is made on-premises the day of your event- no warming boxes with pre-made food here, only fresh, delicious, and seasonal offerings, made with the finest ingredients from local farms and purveyors and prepared by expert chefs. Did you know that co-owners Django and Heather are both chefs? Heather had a successful mobile catering business for over a decade, Pippy’s Food Truck and Django is a Culinary Institute of America graduate (he is also a talented stonemason and designed and built the venue)!!
We have a full liquor license (Living Stone must provide Bar Service for all events), and offer all-inclusive onsite catering packages. Catering starts at $165 per person, which includes a FULL OPEN PREMIUM BAR for 6 hours with a Welcome Drink and 2 Signature Cocktails, and 2 Mobile Service Bars.
We have decided that we will be offering all catering for weddings after this past season. Offsite caterers do not know the space, and our team does a fantastic (and more affordable) job.
~Please note that all Catering is subject to a 20% Service Charge for Staffing and 8% NYS Sales Tax. The Site Fee is NOT subject to these additional charges
**Catering includes all in-house inventory of dish-ware, glassware, and silverware. We have priced the rentals we include along with the kitchen appliances and other amenities, and booking with us saves our couples over $10,000 in rental costs**
If you would like to extend the party to take advantage of your Full Weekend Rental, we offer Rehearsal Dinner Catering, After Parties with your very own food truck, and Farewell Brunches, all at a discounted rate. Whatever your vision may be, we are here to make sure it goes off seamlessly! You and your guests can relax and be in the moment. We’ll take care of the rest.
