Weekend Wedding Package

Here at Living Stone we like to slow things down, and are not a “turn and burn” operation. We believe that you need time to fully enjoy and experience the beauty of the site, so we only offer Full Weekend Rentals, 3pm Friday-3pm Sunday.

Peak Season 2025 (May-October) ~ $15,000

Off Peak Season 2025 (November-April) ~ $8,500


Our Weekend Wedding package includes the following amenities:

  • Exclusive use of the property from Friday 3pm-Sunday 3pm

  • A gorgeous 30 ft by 30ft clear topped tent on the bluestone patio with perimeter lighting!

  • 38 acres of woodland forest to explore and enjoy

  • Use of our deluxe Pavilion, a 1200sq foot covered space with 1800 sq foot bluestone patio (120 person maximum capacity)

  • 3 Ceremony Spaces to choose from~ 1 near the Waterfall and 2 Woodland Spaces

  • 2 bathrooms in the Pavilion, 1 handicapped accessible with shower

  • Commercial kitchen

  • Loft Lounge above Pavilion, perfect for Bride/Groom Suite

  • Sound system

  • Lighting~ chandelier, landscape, bistro light, torches

  • Electrical Hook-ups

  • Parking

  • 4 Propane Heaters

  • 1 golf cart with staff to shuttle guests on property

  • 3 bonfire pits with firewood and fire maintenance

  • Tables and chairs for 100 people

  • Site Manager and 3 staff to direct guests and manage property during reception

  • Full liquor license (we must provide bar service)

  • Garbage removal

  • Recreation room 

  • Camping Allowed Onsite for up to 12 people, with Luxury Tent Rentals Available

  • Apartment Suite onsite, super cozy and welcoming, with a queen bed, living room with pull-out sofa bed and television, WiFi, and bathroom. 


Accommodations and Onsite Catering

Luxury Camping at Living Stone

with Mattress, Linens, and Lighting: $250/night

There is nothing better than sleeping out in the woods by a stream and waking up to birdsong and the wind through the trees. At Living Stone we allow camping on the property, with luxury tent rentals available with mattresses and bedding provided. All you need to bring is yourselves and some clothes and a love of the natural world. Primitive camping is also allowed, if you bring your own equipment. The bathrooms in the Pavilion (1 with a full shower) will be open to use during your stay. 

On-site Catering

Starting at $150 Per Person and Includes:

*Full Premium Open Bar for 6 Hours with Welcome Drink and 2 Signature Cocktails

*Cocktail Hour with Artisan Grazing Table and 3 Passed Appetizers

*Choice of 3 Entrees and 3 Sides

*Bread and Butter

*Coffee, Tea, and Cake Cutting Service

*All necessary serving platters, utensils, tables, chafing dishes (Linens, Glassware, Dish-ware, and Silverware are NOT included)

with Pippy’s Food Truck

We have 2 vintage food trucks available for rent, offering a whimsical touch to your weekend! Heather (one of the owners of Living Stone) has over a decade of experience in the food truck catering business, and the trucks are at your disposal for a fun Wedding Rehearsal Dinner, out of the box Bar Service, or After-Party under the pine trees at the end of the night. With menus to choose from or fully customized menus, Pippy’s is perfect for adding that special something to your celebration.

S’mores by the Fire

A wonderful way to end the festivities! We provide the campfire, roasting sticks, marshmallows, graham crackers,  and an assortment of chocolates to put in the middle. Have you ever tried a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup S’more?? An Almond Joy?? Well, it’s next level delicious.

Post-Wedding Celebration

Since you have use of the property until 3 pm Sunday, why not extend the celebration? Wake up and have brunch under the Pavilion with the sounds of the waterfall in the background, reminiscing about the day before and reliving the joy and revelry. Here at Living Stone, we like to slow things down. End the weekend with a nice meal, great conversation, maybe a final walk through the woods, and the chance to thank your friends and family properly for sharing on your special day.

Yoga in the Pavilion Streamside

with Kelli or Gabby

Bring some movement and mindfulness to your wedding by inviting our lovely local yoga teachers, Kelli or Gabby, to lead a practice for you and whatever guests you choose. They’ll design a class to meet the needs of your group and the energy you’re looking to cultivate, whether that be a meditation-heavy intention setting practice for you and your future spouse at sunrise the morning of your wedding, a fun active class for you and your wedding party the evening before, or a gentle restorative class for all guests the morning after your reception.

Song of the Cosmos Sound Bath

with Concettina

Offer the relaxation and rejuvenation of a Sound Bath for your weekend with Concettina’s Song of the Cosmos. She will come to the property and you and your guests will be immersed in the healing vibrations of her gong and singing bowls, a meditative and healing experience. 

Waterfall or Rip’s Rock Hike

with Rip Van Winkle Adventure Guides

Round Top is criss-crossed with hundreds of acres of trails, a wonderland of nature to explore and play in! Greg is a licensed guide and avid hiker, and available for a leisurely waterfall excursion or a more challenging day trip to Rip’s Rock (or another one of the many trails in the Catskills). Hiking is the perfect way to fully experience all the area has to offer.
